Do I need an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?
We recommend booking an appointment to guarantee your spot, but we do our best to accommodate walk-ins based on availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early so we can get you checked in and started on time.
How long does a keratin treatment last and can I wash my hair right after?
Keratin treatments typically last between 3 to 5 months depending on your hair type and how often you wash it. After your treatment, we recommend waiting at least 72 hours before washing your hair to allow the keratin to fully bond. We'll also recommend sulfate-free shampoos to extend the results as long as possible.
Will hair coloring damage my hair, especially if I've had chemical treatments before?
It depends on the current condition of your hair and the type of color being applied. During your consultation, our colorists will assess your hair's health before recommending the best approach. We always perform a strand test when needed and use bond-protecting treatments during the coloring process to minimize damage and keep your hair strong and vibrant.
How often should I get a trim to keep my hair healthy?
We recommend getting a trim every 6 to 8 weeks to prevent split ends from traveling up the hair shaft and causing more damage. If you're growing your hair out, don't skip trims — regular dustings of just ¼ inch keep your ends healthy and actually help your hair grow stronger and faster in the long run.
